It would be great if the flag and country name is shown in the users panel.

We have an option to enable country flags, added back in October 2023: Wave hello to Flags!
It’s on Basic and higher (you are on Lite), since we have to analyze IP addresses, which slows down connecting and means more work for our servers for every single user who connects — not something we can offer for all tiers, I’m afraid. But the option exists.
The screenshot you sent seems to include city/region names as well, but our offering doesn’t do that. Looks like this:
