Hi Carol!

Last week we had a variety of bug fixes / quality-of-life changes:

• Previously, refreshing the page on a chat embedded via <script> would require guests to re-enter their name. This is now fixed, and their name will be remembered.

• When connecting to an embedded chat, the iframe background will now be transparent until custom CSS, styles, etc. get populated.

• If your “Page Appearance” has a dark navigational bar, the page background will also be made black (unless an image is uploaded).

As well as the launch of Boost-exclusive items in the shop, to reward users who boost your chat long-term:

• New markdown options & Slap function added to the shop for Boosters. Boost sale also ongoing until May 12

And a new feature for organizations:

• If you have multiple chatrooms on your Organization, you can now cap the user limit on some of your chatrooms. This way, you can set it up so that a single chatroom cannot use up the entirety of your allotted user limit of your Organization.
