We have added a code snippet to our integration guide that allows you to set up a floating chat icon on your website.
This icon will float on the left or right of your website in the corner. Users can tap to instantly begin chatting, and tap again to dismiss the chat.
This new embed method is available on all payment tiers, and can be added to any website or service where you can add custom HTML & JavaScript.
